Hi Neffertity, does the base of the tail have to be made of polyurethane foam or can I use upholstery foam instead?

I myself this gift in heart, that I’m trying to put into action, the process is just like her gift in heart, buying a mask-the item or object, it makes people like us, imagine, or fantasize about it, which is like a sort of language in our minds it is, of the item is speaking to us, that it has potential it dose, then second process after the fantasizing, is seeing the item as a mechanical piece part, that has to be added other parts that have to be made by pure scratch, I myself have this is type not just masks, but also on action figures as models, it’s in a way of really bring the item to life it dose.

What are the dimensions or just general size of the tail? Im gonna make one around the same size but diffrent shape that will work for my fursona's design. Going to a convention in a few weeks and i still have alot to do for my suit so i could use some help 😊

wait does the lining go inside or outside the padding? it was molded to the shape of the fully padded legs, but what would keep the padding inside the suit otherwise?

This video came up as I was looking for reviews of mechanical tails - which are super cool in their own right, but THIS is what I’ve been dreaming of! I’m going to check out your website and see if you’re taking tail commissions right now! I’m crafty enough that I COULD follow your pattern and tutorial, but I can see all the hours of previous experience that led to you knowing exactly where and how deep to cut the foam, sew efficiently, etc. I am just so impressed.
